The next BOD Meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, December 4^th at the Mad Hatter Restaurant and online.  For those of you who want to attend in person, the Mad Hatter Restaurant is at 1319 Connecticut Ave in Washington DC (just a couple of blocks South of DuPont Circle Metro Station).  For those of you who cannot attend in person, we will also host the meeting online.

We chose this location because it is centrally located, has free Wi-Fi, a free private meeting room and a reasonably priced menu.  We chose this date because it was what we could get for our first event at this location.

We have the room from 6:30 PM to 9:00 PM.  I plan on arriving about 6:30 PM to do the technical setup for the meeting (Merrill and I went there today to check out the facility and to make sure we could have enough privacy for a virtual meeting).  Dinner is scheduled for 7:00 PM and the meeting will start at 7:30 PM.
